Love Light Energy was born from lived experience , from healing, loss, growth, and a deeper understanding of the challenges people face in life.

Stephen and Marissa created this space not simply as a service, but as a way to support others in reconnecting with themselves. Both have navigated their own experiences with grief, anxiety, emotional struggle and personal transformation, which now shape the way they work with others ,with understanding, compassion and real perspective.

Stephen’s journey began early, shaped by personal loss and emotional challenges that led him to explore deeper understanding, self-awareness and personal growth. Over time, this developed into a way of supporting others through guidance, insight and lived experience. His work now focuses on helping people gain clarity, understand their patterns, and move forward with greater confidence and direction.

Marissa’s path developed through her own experiences of loss and healing, leading her into Reiki as a way of supporting others. Her approach is calm, grounded and supportive, helping individuals feel safe, balanced and more connected within themselves.

Together, they have created Love Light Energy as a space where people can access support in different ways ,whether through one-to-one sessions, Reiki, readings, creative work or shared experiences.

But beyond individual support, the vision is something bigger.

Love Light Energy is growing into a wider community-based project , with the aim of creating spaces where people of all ages can come together, feel supported, and develop a stronger sense of direction and wellbeing. This includes workshops, community environments, and future wellbeing spaces focused on emotional support, personal development, creativity and connection.

A key part of this vision is also supporting those who feel they have nowhere to go , particularly younger people ,by providing guidance, structure, and opportunities to explore healthier, more positive pathways.

This is an evolving journey, with the intention of developing community-led projects, accessing funding and support, and creating environments that genuinely make a difference in people’s lives.
